A disciplined, compassionate approach

Carlos brings a background as a retired military veteran and extensive experience within the local educational system to every evaluation. That combination shapes his approach: structured, thorough, and grounded in genuine care for each client's outcome.

He currently serves students and families throughout the school system while also welcoming private clients for diagnostic evaluations and ongoing counseling — providing the kind of personalized guidance that comes from working closely with both individuals and institutions.
